Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Paddle, and are not stored by Moonshot.

• Service providers / subprocessors that host our infrastructure and provide database, authentication, analytics, and support tooling;
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing;
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting providers where necessary;
• Authorities where required by law.

4. Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
